Dr. Maxim Mikheev has over 15 years of experience in molecular biology. He is a co-inventor of 4 patents in biology and biological computational simulation. Max supervised development of the open source, modular BioUML bioinformatics platform and enhancements to add NGS capabilities. He later managed the transition of BioUML from a purely academic version to a commercial version from which BioDT was created. Max has extensive management and research environment experience combined with expert knowledge in the field of bioinformatics. He holds a medical degree in clinical and laboratory diagnostics from Novosibirsk State Medical University (Russia), and a Ph.D. in molecular biology from State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology "Vector" (Russia).
Co-Founder and Executive Chairman
Anthony is an experienced entrepreneur, attorney, and senior executive with broad legal, finance and management expertise. Currently a partner at Pedley, Millin & Gordinier, PLLC, Anthony works with clients ranging from start-up and emerging growth businesses to mature privately held companies. Anthony is the past President and Co-founder of China Horizon, an investment and venture development company currently focused on retail and distribution in China. He was a key member of the team responsible for developing a retail distribution company focused on rural China in partnership with one of China’s largest State Owned Enterprises, and he created and managed China Horizon’s clean energy business in China. Anthony is also the past President and Co-founder of Cortiva Institute. During his tenure, Cortiva grew from a concept to a national chain of 10 for-profit schools with 13 campuses in 9 markets, $20+ million in revenue, and 400 employees. Anthony serves on the Board of Directors of several Non-Profit Organizations. His undergraduate degree in finance is from The Wharton School and his law degree is from The George Washington University Law School.

Alan is a highly experienced marketing and business development executive who has served as Chief Marketing Officer for MCI, WorldCom, UUNET Technologies, and multiple startup firms in the technology, telecom, and security industries. During his career, Alan grew UUNET, a fledging Internet provider, from $12 million to $3 billion in revenue in under five years. He also built the Frame Relay Forum, a global technology consortium, from inception to over 350 member companies worldwide. Alan is considered an expert in several technology areas, has keynoted dozens of major Internet-related conferences around the world, and has spoken before Congress on the subject. Alan holds a degree in Information and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Kallmeyer is a seasoned executive with extensive operational leadership experience across a variety of industries. He brings a strong customer and market focus from a career at world class organizations such as Unilever, Revlon, Beecham (SK, Glaxo), Duron Paint, Bank of America, James Andrew International and the American Bureau of Shipping. As Chief Operating Officer of Bank of America’s e-commerce initiative, he led his management team to implement marketing, procurement, customer service and technical operations. Jeff holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. He has received additional certifications in project management, quality management and organizational excellence, and root cause investigation and analysis.
